Ro Khanna Endorses Elijah Manley in FL-20, A Critical Frontline in the Fight to Protect Black Political Power

BROWARD COUNTY, FL — Congressman Ro Khanna has endorsed Elijah Manley for Congress in Florida's 20th Congressional District, at a time when historically Black districts across the South, like this one, are under attack

Statement from Congressman Ro Khanna:

"I'm proud to endorse Elijah Manley, the only progressive in this race. He refuses corporate money and will fight to end the US-funded genocide. He understands this district's economic struggles firsthand, as an educator who works with its kids and who grew up homeless after his family lost their home in the global financial crisis,” said Congressman Ro Khanna.

Khanna's endorsement follows a series of major progressive endorsements for Manley, including support from the Democratic Progressive Caucus of Florida, State Black Caucus President Armando Grundy-Gomes, and other grassroots leaders who have rallied behind his campaign's message of economic justice, anti-corruption, and people-powered politics.
