Stand with Ukraine

Elijah Manley unequivocally and firmly stands with the Ukrainian people against Russia’s brutal invasion. A strong U.S.-Ukraine relationship is necessary to push back against Russian aggression, protect European stability, and bolster international law. In Congress, Elijah will stand with Ukrainians by supporting sanctions and humanitarian & military aid. The U.S. should support diplomacy between Ukraine and Russia, but any peace deal must include full Ukrainian sovereignty, including the return of Crimea, all occupied territories, and the withdrawal from Ukrainian territory.

Support for NATO

NATO is a vital force for peace, democracy, and global stability. In Congress, Elijah will strengthen U.S. partnerships with our allies to deter Russian aggression, uphold international law, and fight authoritarianism.

Stand with Taiwan

Taiwan's right to self-determination and democracy is an American priority. In Congress, Elijah will work to strengthen U.S.-Taiwan relations, and promote peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.

Israel-Palestine

Elijah Manley believes that Israelis and Palestinians alike deserve to live in peace, safety, dignity, and freedom — with equal rights and the right to self-determination.

He supports an immediate and permanent ceasefire, the release of all hostages, the protection of civilians, and a massive expansion of humanitarian aid to Gaza. The United States must lead with serious diplomacy focused on ending the violence and securing a just and lasting peace.

Elijah unequivocally condemns the horrific October 7th terrorist attack carried out by Hamas, which killed over 1,200 Israeli civilians and led to the kidnapping of hundreds of hostages. He also condemns the devastating bombardment of Gaza, the mass loss of civilian life, the blockade of humanitarian aid by Israel, and the continued expansion of illegal settlements in the West Bank under the far-right Netanyahu government.

Elijah believes that Israel is committing a genocide in Gaza. The scale of death, destruction, and genocide in Gaza demands moral clarity and accountability. Elijah supports conditioning U.S. aid to Israel to ensure full compliance with international law and human rights standards, and opposes the use of American taxpayer dollars in ways that contribute to violations of international law or the targeting of civilians.

Elijah believes lasting peace cannot come through endless war, collective punishment, or extremism. It must be built through diplomacy, human rights, security for both peoples, and recognition of the humanity of every Israeli and every Palestinian. In Congress, Elijah will fight for a foreign policy centered on peace, justice, accountability, and the protection of innocent life.

Iran

Elijah supports rejoining and expanding the Iran Nuclear Deal. He also believes in targeted sanctions on the Ayatollah's despotic regime without harming civilians. Empowering the Iranian people to fight the Ayatollah's authoritarianism will continue to be a key policy focus of Elijah. Preventing Iran from getting a nuclear weapon is a key U.S. objective—but it must be done through strong diplomacy, and smart negotiations, not unilateral military action.

RESTORE USAID and Humanitarian Aid

President Trump’s illegal and immoral decision to dismantle USAID has left almost a million people dead. In Congress, Elijah will work to immediately restore lifesaving food, medicine, and humanitarian aid programs. Elijah believes the United States should spend two percent of its budget on foreign aid and support our neighbors including Haiti and Jamaica when natural disasters strike. By helping our allies, we develop stronger trading partners and solidify South Florida’s position as a gateway to the world.

INTERNATIONAL TRADE

Elijah Manley supports free and fair trade. The United States plays an important role in fostering free trade on the International stage, while promoting Democratic values abroad. Chinese competition has threatened both U.S. national security, and global stability. Elijah Manley will oppose Trump's illegal tariffs.
