
The Elijah Manley for Congress Fellowship Program offers young leaders, aspiring organizers, and future change-makers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience with a people-powered, progressive campaign. Fellows will contribute directly to critical campaign functions while developing leadership, professional, and political skills. This program is ideal for students, recent graduates, and anyone passionate about equity, justice, and grassroots democracy.
Timeline: There is a fall, spring and summer cohort. Spring Cohort runs from January through May 2026. Summer Cohort runs from late May through August 2026. Fellows have the option to renew for the next semester's cohort.
Time Commitment: 10–12+ hours per week (flexible, includes evenings/weekends).
Location: Hybrid, Remote, or In-Person (virtual with optional in-person engagement in Florida's 20th Congressional District).
Eligibility: Open to students, recent grads, and community members age 14+ (Minor require parental permission).
Application Deadline: Spring Cohort: January 31, 2026 (rolling admissions).
